At The House of Amouage, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with our luxury fragrances. If you are not entirely pleased with your purchase, we offer a 14-day return period for products in their original, unopened packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our Concierge Team within 14 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and a prepaid shipping label.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely place the unopened fragrance in its original presentation box and protective outer shipping carton to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship to Our Atelier

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location; please ensure you retain your tracking receipt.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our quality control team verifies the seal is intact, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
